The Pro version includes license verification functionality that communicates with Gumroad's servers:
- Sends your license key to Gumroad's API for verification
- Receives verification status from Gumroad
- This communication occurs automatically at app launch and periodically during use
- An active internet connection is required for license verification
- No cookies are used in this process
- Data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections
License verification requests are subject to Gumroad's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Gumroad may use cookies or similar technologies during API authentication, though our application does not store or manage these cookies.
Any application settings or preferences are stored locally on your Mac and are not accessible to us or any third parties.
5. Local Storage
