Beautisnap is a native macOS application that operates locally on your device. The application:

Does not use analytics or tracking technologies
Does not access, store, or transmit your screenshots beyond your local device
Requires only the permissions necessary for screenshot capture (Screen Recording permission in macOS)

License Verification

Purchases and license verification are currently disabled while we provide Beautisnap as a free release. The application continues to operate locally and does not communicate with external servers for license checks by default. If we reintroduce paid licensing or verification in the future, details about the chosen distribution platform and its privacy practices will be provided.

2.2 Purchases and Distribution Platforms

Historically, Beautisnap was distributed through third-party platforms which handled payment processing and customer lists. Purchases and distribution via third-party platforms are currently disabled since the product is provided as a free release. If and when we resume paid distribution, we will document which platform is used and how data is processed.

2.3 Website Information

Our website (beautisnap.app) is hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not use cookies or analytics on our website. GitHub may collect certain technical information as part of their hosting service. Please refer to GitHub's Privacy Statement for more information.
